X-Ray Image Acquisition Module

We feature a variety of modules for establishing X-ray detector systems.

The advantage is the direct integration into PACS to enable the functionalities of the complete software.

Devices

Generators, detectors and dose area product meters from various manufacturers can be integrated (e.g. Spellman, Thales, DRTECH, VacuTec, …).
Easy integration and calibration of the equipment.

Detectors

Support of up to 3 detectors simultaneously (table, wall stand, mobile).
Temperature, signal and battery indicator as well as automatic image correction.

Exposure index in accordance with IEC 62494-1

Display and adjustment of the mask for exposure index calculation possible. Values are saved in the DICOM header. Settings for Target-Exposure-Index in the X-ray database possible.

Tables of organs

There are various preconfigured tables of organs provided (also for veterinary version). These are freely extensible. Macros and aliases also possible. There will be Procedure Codes for automatic presettings used.

Planning

A separate card for planning or post-planning the X-ray jobs.

Post-processing

A selection of tools for mouse functions, zoom, transformation, window level adjustment, cropping, setting virtual lead letters or text.

Image enhancement

Image enhancement during the study possible by changing the image filters.

Exposure index

Adjustment of the mask for exposure index calculation possible.

Backups

Backups of the last acquisitions to redo the post processing if necessary.

History

Automatic history of the last acquisitions for later reuse.

Linking the modules

Integration into PACS allows for immediate kickoff of various actions:

  • Viewing and evaluating images in the viewer
  • Exporting or emailing as DICOM or JPEG
  • Creating patient CD
  • Printing on a Windows or DICOM printer
  • Stitching
